Ecom stores have a NEW (and very big) problem with their ads…
Over 2025 and 2026, Meta rolled out its new “Andromeda” update. And that has had far bigger consequences than most people initially anticipated.
The real problem is this:
Meta decided there were too many brands putting out BAD ads, leading to negative experiences for users.
So… They decided the only way to fix it was to “gatekeep” what ads actually get shown to users in the first place.
(That’s why you so often see your ads only spending between $0 and a few hundred dollars, unable to scale… Because Meta won’t even let them get to the bidding stage.)
In other words, Meta wants to judge your ad before it ever gets a chance to be shown to a real audience.
Imagine this…
Meta has built a castle around your potential customers to keep your ads out…
And they’re no longer letting any “bad” ads get through.
Picture it like this:

Do you still make this Meta ads mistake in 2026?
Most brands still do what they used to do before the castle was built – send out a few peasants every now and then, assuming it’s still easy for them to get where they need to be – not realising there’s now a giant castle and guard trying to keep them out.
That’s just not how it works anymore. Ads no longer have free roam.
To even have a chance of scaling, they first need to barge past the castle-guard.
A few malnourished peasants on their own just won’t cut it.

Instead, Meta wants you to be DIVERSE.
By producing different types of ads, you help Meta justify showing your ads to potential customers… Because they want to see if something new will work.

Relevance
If you’re smart, you don’t have to use brute force at all.
See… If you can show the guard that you have something incredibly useful or valuable that the residents of the castle would love, he will escort you inside himself (because it will make him look good too.)

Peasants showing up with a variety of offerings from apples to mead to wheat will have an easier time of getting in than ones showing up with weapons.
In other words: If your ads are clearly appealing to your target audience, and if you’re trying to be genuinely helpful to those people, then Meta will want to show your ads (so users have a better experience on their platform.)

But in reality… Workhorse ads are the unsung heroes.
Their cost-to-results ratio is through the roof. There’s a reason the most successful brands in the world end up prioritising workhorses after they’ve seen all the data.
Back in medieval times, warhorses would cost up to 300 times more than a workhorse. They drained money through needing to be carefully bred, trained, covered in battle coats, and even speciality diets. Workhorses, by contrast, only needed the bare essentials to pay for themselves (by pulling the plough, hauling carts, turning mills, and generally being big reliable beasts that could be turned to a ton of tasks…)
And given the choice, I know I’d rather charge a castle-guard with 50 reliable horses rather than just a single steed in a fancy cloak.
The same logic applies to your ads in 2026 and beyond.
In simple terms, it’s far more effective to consistently launch 50+ workhorses than just one or two warhorses, no matter how “impressive” the latter looks on paper.
In the world of creative strategy, only one thing matters: Results – not what we think looks prettier.

If you don’t have many existing videos, photos, or testimonials, don’t worry – we can still create plenty of workhorse ads with limited resources.
Plus, we’ll ask you to send us products so we can get new shots in our studio for you.
But please note: On the workhorse tier, any custom footage requiring human creators or location shots must come from you. Though we can of course send you directions and scripts if you’re willing to source footage for us (e.g. founder videos, testimonials from customers, UGC footage).
At the start of the engagement, it’s helpful if you can send us as much of the following:
Existing product photography & footage
Founder or team footage (selfie videos, walkthroughs, talking-head clips)

Any existing research you have conducted

Every brand is different so we can discuss clear expectations and requirements on our first call together.

No.
We believe transparency is incredibly important so we will never over-promise or over-hype things.
Ultimately, any form of advertising is a risk. There is always a chance ads don’t work.
And because we are running this as somewhat of a non-profit service, we are unable to offer a guarantee or refund for no results.
This has yet to happen of course. 10 years of experience means we are pretty good at creating winning ads.
The only thing we can guarantee is that we will give you the absolute best ads we can possible produce, based on our years of experience and $280M of proven revenue.
How much input can I have on the ads you produce?
We will always let you know what ideas and styles of ads we are running with before we produce them, so we can discuss that in detail before any work begins.

If you would like any revisions to individual ads, simply ask and we can discuss what to change and if that needs to be incorporated into future production!
Do you also handle media buying and Meta management?
We would prefer not to.
We highly recommend you manage this yourself and keep us purely on the creative production side of things. This allows you to retain full control of your account.
However, we can give you recommendations for campaign structure and even discuss an additional service if this is something you are desperate to outsource.

To cancel any plan, simply email admin@camcom.agency from the email address you signed up with.
Please ensure you send us an email with your cancel request at least 5 working days before your next payment is due if you don’t want to be charged.
