Log a request for any asset type from our catalogue in your portal. You can give as much or as little detail in your request as you like. Each asset has a clear token cost.

Our design team combines AI and human edits to ensure a speedy service that also retains a high, custom quality. It’s the best of both worlds.

Review & approve
Typically within 48-72 hours you will have a final graphic to review, request revisions for, or approve. You can use as many tokens as you need to and request more if needed.

How does this "Design on Demand" service work?
It’s simple!
Each month, you pay to receive a number of tokens.
You can trade in these tokens for design assets.
Simply submit details about what graphics you need, then our team of designers will use a mix of AI and manual editing to produce high-quality assets quickly.
The whole service has been designed to make your life easier and give you a simple option for receiving graphic design services… Instead of having to hunt for reliable freelance designers.
Can I buy extra tokens if I run out?
Absolutely!
Beyond our minimum plan of $699 per month, you can decide to pay for individual tokens at a rate of $35 per token (or instead choose to move up to a higher plan).
This essentially means you can pay for the specific amount of design assets you want us to produce whenever you need.
Any additional tokens purchased will be invoiced for at the end of each month.
What happens if I don't use all my tokens?
Depending on which plan you’re on, a maximum of between 10%-20% of your tokens can “roll over” each month.
So, if you’re paying for 80 tokens each month, you could save up to 16 of them to use in the next month instead.
You can’t save beyond that maximum percentage. This is in place to ensure our designers never have impossible targets to meet (for example if you decided to trade in 1,000 tokens all in one go!)
Am I connected with one of your designers personally?
No, you don’t need to worry about dealing with any individual designers. Instead, you can log requests whenever you want through your dedicated portal.
One of our account managers will look after you while you’re on a plan so if you have any questions regarding admin then you can of course contact them directly.
How do revisions work?
When you received a finished deliverable, you simply need to use your dedicated portal to leave comments if you want to request a revision.
We will let you know when we have received it and give you a due date for the change to be made (which is typically within 24 hours).
Is there a minimum contract length?
Nope!
You can start and stop your subscription any time you want.
Please just bear in mind that if you want to cancel, you will need to tell us at least 5 working days before your next payment is due to be taken so we have time to stop the payment from going through.
How do I submit a design request?
It couldn’t be easier.
All you need to do is submit a request through your dedicated portal, which you will get access to after you have signed up.
The portal explains how to submit a request but essentially there are just three steps:
- Select the type of asset you want to request
- Provide any additional details or examples for inspiration (if any)
- Submit!
That’s it!
We will provide examples of what helps our designers do the best work, but you can just write 1-2 lines and leave the rest to us if you would prefer.
At the beginning of our time together, we assign one of our designers to look at your brand and ensure all our designs adhere to your basic brand guidelines so you don’t need to worry about long briefing calls.
Why did you start this "Design on Demand" service?
Our founder, Alex, is a serial launcher of ecom stores.
Back when he started his first brand, he quickly realised just how many design assets are needed to keep a brand going…
AND how hard it is to find reliable designers who can deliver time and time again.
So, 7 years after the launch of his first store (and after he’d helped generate $280M in revenue for his own and other people’s brands), he assembled a de-centralized design team to fix the problem he encountered all those years ago.
Thus, CamCom’s “DOD” team was born.
Getting high quality design assets frequently and quickly is still a problem ecom brands face today… So we want to offer an affordable, reliable alternative that means you can focus on actually growing your business… Not stressing over design.
How do I cancel my plan?
To cancel any plan, simply email admin@camcom.agency from the email address you signed up with.
Please ensure you send us an email with your cancel request at least 5 working days before your next payment is due if you don’t want to be charged. Since we allocate design resources based on these plans, we won’t be able to refund payments for unused tokens.
How do I sign up?
